Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The expectations that help Crown Privé London protect appointment time while treating clients fairly.
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. Giving notice
Please give as much notice as reasonably possible when you need to cancel or move an appointment. Longer services such as extensions, instant locs and major repair work reserve substantial time, so early notice is especially important.
2. Late arrival
If you arrive late, Jennifer will assess whether the booked service can still be completed safely and without disrupting the next client. The service may need to be shortened, changed or rescheduled where there is not enough time.
3. Missed appointments
Repeated missed appointments or very late cancellations may affect whether Crown Privé London can reserve future long appointments without additional booking conditions.
4. Cancellations by Crown Privé London
If Crown Privé London needs to move or cancel an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered a new arrangement. Any money paid specifically for a service that cannot be provided will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and the circumstances of the cancellation.
5. Fair application
This policy is applied reasonably. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances can be discussed directly rather than handled by an inflexible automated rule.
