1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, send a service enquiry or arrange a Crown Privé London hair service. They do not remove rights that UK consumer law gives you.
2. Service information and quotes
Website prices are starting prices unless a fixed price is stated. Hair length, density, loc count, condition, materials and service complexity may change the final quote.
Where a price changes materially after assessment, the revised price or pricing basis will be explained before the work proceeds.
3. Client information and preparation
Clients should give accurate information relevant to the requested service, including hair history, known sensitivities and the result they are trying to achieve, and follow reasonable preparation guidance given before the appointment.
4. Service suitability
A different technique, postponement or alternative service may be recommended where proceeding would be inappropriate for the current condition of the hair or scalp. This is intended to support careful cosmetic practice and does not replace medical advice.
5. Appointment requests
A request sent through the website is not a confirmed appointment. Crown Privé London will review the service and preferred date details and contact you to confirm availability and agree the appointment. Arriving significantly late may require a shorter service, a change of service or rescheduling.
6. Payments
The amount due and accepted payment method will be communicated when an appointment is arranged. The website does not currently collect appointment payments or deposits.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the requirement to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
8. Website content
Hair-care information is general guidance. Results differ between people and no image or description is a guarantee of an identical result. Generated editorial imagery is used for visual reference and is not represented as Crown Privé client work.
